This was a special project requiring furniture that would combine strength and durability with fitness for purpose whilst maintaining a homely decor.
The building was designed for Look Ahead Housing & Care by Prior Manton Tuke Powell, Chartered Architects & Quality Surveyors and built by Crispin & Borst. PFI worked closely with the management team to ensure a smooth transit from hand-over to occupancy.
Coventry Road consists of self contained one bedroomed flats with communal lounge and dining areas. There is staff "sleep-over" accomodation supported by a general office, managers office and meeting rooms.
