This is a building consisting of 47 self contained flats built for Barking and Dagenham Council in partnership with Look Ahead Housing & Care.
Designed by Petch + Fermaud Architects and built by Kind Construction the complex was equipped by PFI Holdings to a very high standard in keeping with Look Ahead’s commitment to raising standards and the reduction of costs through extending product "life-cycle".
